Cosmetic Damage Reporting:
- Any cosmetic damage from the manufacturer must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your items upon delivery and notify us immediately if you notice any cosmetic defects.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Consumable products, such as liquid products, cartridges, and batteries.
- Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
- Any item not purchased directly from Greens & Beans.
Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to initiate a return or exchange.
- Proof of damage or defect may be required, such as clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number.
- Returns without an order number will not be accepted.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
Return Shipping and Insurance:
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
- Greens & Beans is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds and Credits:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within a reasonable timeframe after the return is processed.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
- If a refund cannot be issued to the original payment method, store credit or an alternative refund method may be offered.
Return Processing Fee:
- A 15% return processing fee may be applied to returns that:
- Are opened and/or non-defective.
- Show signs of physical damage or user error that could have caused the defect.
Final Sale Items:
- Items marked as promotional are not eligible for return or exchange.
